We have worked with Omni since April 2022 and whilst we are still building the relationship, we have found Omni to be extremely accommodating, flexible, professional, and effective communicators which are all key factors we look for in external vendor partners.

SAS were extremely impressed with the TUPE when transferring from the previous provider the whole thing was handled very professionally with the direct team kept in the loop at every stage.

Due to some unforeseen circumstances with the previous supplier Omni had a very short window in which to complete the process before the start of the contract with SAS and everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and efficiency ensuring the team transferring over had all they needed to ensure day 1 onsite was a completely smooth transition for SAS.

Any questions or queries during the contract transfer were highlighted, investigated, resolved, and answered promptly and that same service approach continues into the contract. We look forward to building a longstanding working relationship.
